  • Don’t press the players in the boxes, instead limit their options and screen passes into players to then lock on

  • Attacking team aim to score in the end zone

  • Pressing team aim to win the ball and take the ball into the middle zone to score

Set Up:

Depth: 45 - 50 yards

Width: 30 - 35 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)

  • Poles (Alternative to small side goals)
