Set Up & Equipment

  • Defending team aim to win the ball and score in any of the small goals to switch sides

  • Possession team receive a point each time they move the ball from one side to the other

  • Change floaters over throughout

Set Up:

Depth: 30 yards

Width: 25 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
