Set Up & Equipment

• Set an amount of touches as a limit for the players

• Set an amount of passes for the team to reach before they can play through

• Teams have other pass to the middle zone to play through

• Defending team win the ball and have to score in the small goal

Set Up:

Depth: 30 - 40 yards

Width: 15 - 20 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones

• Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
