Set Up & Equipment

• Minimum of three passes before the team with the ball can move through the gates or pass to the opposite side

• Floaters on a touch limit

• Change floaters every few minutes

• Players can dribble through the gates or use middle player to play through - Point for either

Set Up:

Depth: 30 - 35 yards

Width: 20 - 25 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones
