Set Up & Equipment

  • Middle player must play to a different player than the one who they received the ball from to receive a point for their team

  • Insert a touch limit

  • Defenders can block passes into the middle player and can tackle them as they receive

  • Change defenders after a set time

Set Up:

Depth: 20 yards

Width: 20 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
