Set Up & Equipment

  • Every time the middle player receives and plays out the team in possession receives a point

  • Middle player cannot be tackled until the ball travels to them

Set Up:

Depth: 30 yards

Link players zone: 5 x 5 yards

Width: 30 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
