• Team must reach five passes before they score

• Defending team can either switch the ball to their team or clear out of the box when they win the ball

Set Up:

Boxes: 15 x 15 yards

Distance between boxes: 5 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones

• Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
