Set Up & Equipment

  • Each time the team in possession moves the ball through one side to the other they receive a point

  • In the 4 v 2 the team in possession receive a point every 5 passes

  • Teams change over after a set time

Set Up:

Depth: 35 - 40 yards

Width: 20 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs (Minimum two sets)

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
