Set Up & Equipment

• Players are locked in to start then free to move as a progression

• Set a touch limit when scoring in the small goals

• Set an amount of passes to receive a point

• Defending team aim to score to change over

Set Up:

Depth: 30 yards

Width: 35 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones (Flat markers if possible)

• Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
