• Defenders can close the team with the ball and can score if they win the ball

• Players are free to move between boxes in possesion

Set Up:

Depth: 30 - 40 yards

Width: 25 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones (Flat markers if possible)

• Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
