Set up & Equipment

  • Players locked in but can move freely between boxes as a progression

  • Every switch is a point

  • You can set an amount of passes before the teams can switch

Set Up:

Depth: 30 yards

Width: 20 yards

2 x 15 yard areas

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)
