Set Up & Equipment

  • Set a minimum amount of passes before the team switches play

  • Defenders can intercept the switch

  • Every switch is a point

  • Defending team changes with the team who lost possession

Set Up:

Depth: 40 - 50 yards

Width: 20 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)
