Set Up & Equipment

• Set an amount of passes and each time it is reached another defender moves into the area

• Every time the passing goal is reached the team receives a point

• Defending team receive the next ball when they intercept the ball

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards.

Width: 25 - 30 yards

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones
