Set Up & Equipment

  • Defenders can jump out at any time but only two at any time

  • Team in possession receive a point if they play through the box

  • Teams change over after the defending team win the ball a set amount of times

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards

Width: 30 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
