Set Up & Equipment

  • Players aren’t locked in but focus on them utilising space in all of the thirds

  • Team in possession aim to get the ball from one side to the other for a point

Set Up:

Depth: 30 - 35 yards

Width: 25 - 30 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
