  • Middle players can only be closed down when they receive the ball

  • Receive in the middle and play out to another teammate = 1 point

  • Defenders change over after winning the ball

Depth: 15 yards

Width: 15 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
