Set Up & Equipment

  • Players can move more freely between the boxes as a progression

  • Point every time the team reaches the end zone

  • Insert goals if you have goalkeepers

Set Up:

Depth: 40 - 50 yards

Endzones: 2 x 5 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
