Set Up & Equipment

  • Work from both sides if you have more numbers, if not then change direction after a set time

  • Ensure the players meet the ball and don’t move too early

  • Player who finishes can vary their runs on the inside/outside of the mannequin

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards

Width: 30+ yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Cones

  • Poles/Mannequins (Optional)
