Set Up & Equipment

• Players in the high zone are locked in to start and as a progression players can move freely

• Playing into the goals represents passing into wide areas. You can also have a goal at the top to represent a forward pass

• Defending team look to counter and score

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards

Width: 35+ yards

Cut off wide areas with midfield line judging with how much space you have

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones

• Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
