Set Up & Equipment

• 2 deeper players pass between each other until coach shouts go

• Central player passes to the opposite side and then the ball is played into the attackers

• Attack vertically first and focus on the movement from the players without the ball

• Swap players over throughout

Set Up:

Depth: 40+ yards

Width: 30+ yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones

• Poles/mannequins (Optional)
