  • 5 Lanes represent the five attacking lanes and can be taken out if not coaching 11 a side

  • Defending team look to counter and score

Depth: 40+ yards

Width: 40+ yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goal)
