Depth: 50 yards total

Goal line to CB: 10 yards

CB to Deepest midfielder: 15 yards

Deepest midfielder to Attacking midfielder: 10 yards

Attacking midfielder to Highest midfielder: 15 yards

Width: 40 yards total (Can be increased)

Central area: 10 yards

Distance each side: 2 x 15 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs (Optional)

  • Cones

  • Poles (Optional)
