Depth: 25 yards

Start Point to Deep player: 10 yards

Deep player to Wide/High players: 15 yards

Width: 30 yards

Wide players to High central player: 2 x 15 yards

Wide players to Deep central players: 2 x 10 yards

Central area: 10 yards (5 - 10 yards deep)

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs (If there is more than one group)

• Cones

• Poles/Mannequins
