Set Up: 25 yards (+ space to move after receiving)

Start point to First cone: 10 yards

First cone to First receiver: 10 yards

First receiver to Gate: 5 yards

Second receiver should be 5 yards away from first receiver

Width: 30 yards

Central area: 20 yards (Receiver 5 yards in each side)

Wide areas: 2 x 5 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs (To avoid confusion with other players)

• Cones

• Poles/Mannequins (Optional)
