Handling and react to step out and drop to save
Description
In this session we are focusing on handling and reacting to step out and drop to save. The drill begins with the coach driving the ball into the players body to handle. The player then throws the ball back and reacts to move to the cone that the coach has instructed. Once the player has stepped out to the cone they then drop back towards goal to save. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
