Acceleration and turning to move across goal to save
Description
In this session we are focusing on acceleration and turning to move across goal to save. The drill begins with the player accelerating to the opposite cone before slowing down and turning. The player then looks to travel across goal to save. Once the player turns they look to face the ball and shuffle across the goal. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
