Shuffle and slide forward to handle driven ball into the body
Description
In this session we are focusing on shuffling and sliding forward to handle driven ball into the body. The drill begins with the player shuffling out and around the cones retaining a low body position and staying light on their feet. As the player moves round the final cone they look to move central to then handle a driven ball into the body. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least three times.
