Quick feet back towards goal to move out and save


Description

In this session we are focusing on quick feet back towards goal to move out and save. The drill begins with the player moving back towards goal through the cones. As the player moves round the final cone they look to move across the goal to save. The player should ensure that they stay light on their feet and check the shoulders when they are moving backwards. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
