Travel across the goal quickly to save and react to beat the attacker
Description
In this session we are focusing on travelling across the goal quickly to save and react to beat the attacker. The drill begins with the player moving across the agility ladder to then travel across the goal quickly to save. As soon as the player saves they look to get up and move the opposite side of the goal to save. The player should stay light on their feet to move quickly and spring across the goal. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
