Shuffling and changing body shape to handle and protect


Description

In this session we are focusing on shuffling and changing body shape to handle and protect. The drill begins with the player shuffling towards one of the wide cones whilst facing away from the coach. As the player reaches the cone they look to move round to face the coach and then shuffle back towards the middle cone to then handle and protect the driven ball. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
