Moving quickly to get back in position to save
Description
In this session we are focusing on moving quickly to get back in position to save. The drill begins with the player shouting a number of one of the cones either one or two. The player and the coach then move in opposite directions to move around the cone. The player looks to get back into position quickly to save. The player should step up to close the angle down. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
