Footwork & Handling
Description
In this session we are focusing on our players footwork, handling and passing. The drill begins with the keeper moving forward and back through the cones. When the keeper comes out of the first set of cones, the coach drills a ball into the keeper to save. The keeper then throws the ball back, before moving to the next set of cones. The drill can also be used as a passing drill, with the coach passing to the keeper who plays back first time. Each set should consist of two reps, and should be completed at least four times.
