Jump and react to explode out and back to save
Description
In this session we are focusing on jumping and reacting to explode out and back to save. The drill begins with the player jumping over the agility hurdle with their heels off the floor and using power built in the knees. As the player lands the coach will shout a number of a cone for the player to move up and round quickly before the coach directs a shot towards goal for the player to save. When moving round the cone the player should stay close to the cone and work the feet quickly. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
