ABC’s to move and react quickly to save
Description
In this session we are focusing on our ABC’s to move and react quickly to save. The drill begins with the player springing over the hurdle. As the player lands the coach looks to shoot with the player reacting to save. As soon as the player saves, the coach will shout a number of a cone for the player to move to. Once the player moves to the cone, they look to move across the goal to save a shot played in the air. The player should ensure that they stay light on their feet and get back to their feet quickly after saving. Each set should consist of 3 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
