Agility and sharp footwork to handle driven ball into the body
Description
In this session we are focusing on agility and sharp footwork to handle driven ball into the body. The drill begins with the player moving up and back through the first gap of the ladder. The player then moves through the ladder to then handle a ball driven into the body by the coach. The player should ensure that when they handle the ball that they don’t move backwards. Each set should consist of 4 - 8 reps and should be completed at least three times.
