Passing & Transition to Save
Description
In this session we are focusing on our players reaction to a transition to save. The drill begins with the players receiving a ball from one side and playing back. At the same time, the player/coach on the opposite side moves forward with the ball. After the keeper has passed back, they instantly turn to save from the opposite side. The drill then repeats, starting from the opposite side. Each set should consist of 4-6 reps, and should be completed at least three times.
