Double movement to push off and save down low

Description

In this session we are focusing on a double movement to push off and save down low. The drill begins with the player at the central cone. On the coaches instruction, the player shuffles across to the next cone and back to the central cone. The coach then looks to drive the ball low towards the corner, forcing the player to push back across the goal to save. If the ball is close to the players body, they should attempt to handle and claim the ball. If the ball is away from the body, the player should look to tip away from goal. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
