Agility and quickness to react and save in quick succession
Description
In this session we are focusing on agility and quickness to react and save in quick succession. The drill begins with the coach saying a number or colour of a cone. The player moves to the cone before springing across the goal to save a shot driven on the floor. As soon as the player makes the save, they look to get up quickly and save a shot in the air. The player needs to show agility and quickness to move across the goal and get onto their feet quickly to save. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
