ABC’s to shuffle and spring out to save


Description

In this session we are focusing on our players ABC’s (Agility, balance, coordination) to shuffle and spring out to save. The drill begins with the player moving through the cones/poles to then spring out to the middle of the goal to save. The coach looks to vary the shots at goal both on the floor and in the air. The player should ensure they stay light on their feet to change direction and movement quickly. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
