Weaving to claim the ball in the air and set the counter
Description
In this session we are focusing on our player weaving to claim the ball in the air and set the counter. The drill begins with the player weaving through the cones/poles with sharp movement, before moving out when the coach will throw the ball in the air for the player to claim. The then looks to secure the ball and then set the counter by throwing or rolling the ball into the goal/gate. The player should ensure that they maintain their technique when throwing the ball. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
