Sharp movement to push out low to save


Description

In this session we are focusing on sharp movement to push out low to save. The drill begins with the player move through and around the cone, before pushing out across the goal to save. The shot from the coach should be low, so that the player has to dive. The player should ensure that they retain a low body shape when moving so that they can push across quickly. Each set should consist of 4 reps and should be completed at least two sets each side.
