Figure of eight focused around handling and footwork


Description

In this session we are focusing on handling and footwork in a figure of eight. The drill begins with the player moving towards the top line to receive, handle and throw back. The player then moves around a cone to the side and back central to handle again. The player then moves around the other side and back to handle again before dropping back. The players footwork should be sharp and clean, focusing on staying light on their feet and not crossing over. The drill should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least three times.
