Pushing across the goal to dive and claim the ball


Description

In this session we are focusing on pushing across the goal to dive and claim the ball. The drill begins with the player moving to the cone/pole, before pushing back across the goal to dive and claim a ball played along the floor. The player should protect the ball once claimed and bring in towards the body before rolling back and repeating. Each set should consist of 4 - 8 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
