Handling and shuffling activation to increase concentration


Description

In this session we are focusing on our players handling and shuffling. The drill begins with the coach pushing the ball into the players chest. The player looks to push back after they secure the ball in their hands, before shuffling across the line. The aim is for the player to stay concentrated on the ball whilst moving, even when they are fatigued. Each set should last between 30 - 90 seconds depending on the players age, and should be completed at least three times.
