Agility to push out & save


Description

In this session we are focusing on our players agility to then push out and save. The drill begins with the player moving through the agility ladder. As the player moves out of the ladder, the coach looks to play the ball as close to the cone/pole as possible, so that the player has to push out and stretch to save. The player looks to build momentum and speed when moving through the ladder to enable themselves to get across and save. Each set should consist of 4 - 8 reps and should be completed at least three times.
