Shuffling across the goal to save


Description

In this session we are focusing on our players shuffling and footwork. The drill begins with the coach kicking/throwing a ball to the players chest to handle and throw back. The player then moves through the cones/poles before saving again. We are looking on improving the speed at which the player moves their feet, to replicate moving across the goal to save. The player should keep their eyes on the ball when moving through the cones. Each set should last between 30 - 60 seconds and should be completed at least three times.
