Quick feet to weave through, back and up to save


Description

In this session we are focusing on quick feet to weave through, back and up to save. The drill begins with the player weaving through the cones before then moving back and round the cone. The player then moves up to save at the near post. The player looks to handle the ball or push away from goal. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
