Travelling quickly to save shots driven into the chest
Description
In this session we are focusing on travelling quickly to save shots driven into the chest. The drill begins with the player moving up to catch and handle a ball played into their chest and then throwing back. The player then drops back and saves a driven shot out of the coaches hands. The player then moves across the goal to save a driven shot off the floor. If the player cannot catch the shot they should parry the ball away from goal. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least two times each side per player
