Agility and power to jump, land and save

Description

In this session we are focusing on agility and power to jump, land and save. The drills begins with the player jumping over the hurdle or cone if you don’t have any hurdles. The coach then kicks the ball into the players chest for them to handle and throw the ball back. The player then jumps back over the hurdle and lands before saving a shot played in from the coach. You can change how the player moves over the hurdle. It can either be a jump or stepping over. Each set should consist if 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
