Moving up, back and across to save in the corner


Description

In this session we are focusing on moving up, back and across to save in the corner. The drill begins with the player moving to the cone ahead before shuffling back round the middle cone and then across the goal to save a shot played into the corner. The next player will then go and then players move back going the opposite way. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
